Tuesday- Food Journals- etc... Post em!
Well, it's been a while - busy trying to get ready for a move.
So here goes, today:
b: protien shake (2 tbls cocoa, 2 tbls peanut butter, 1 scoop protien powder, 1/2 cup carb countdown, 1 cup ice and 1/2 cup water).
l: 2 teryaki chicen wings, 1 buffalo thigh nugget, 1/2 devlied egg
s: 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
d: not sure - working on stripping wallpaper in the kitchen tonight so whatever doesn't require me cooking or using anything in my plastic wrapped kitchen.
my meals are gonna change quite a bit for a while as i remodel my kitchen (may be 1 to 2 weeks with no kitchen)....i'm trying to plan for it and have placed a small fridge in my office here at work so it's probably gonna be a lot of already mixed shakes and bars for a while.
Lost 3 pounds this past weekend----yeehaw!!

Meal 4-
1/2C peeled cucumber (before meal..a while)
3 oz turkey breast
18G Apple Cinnamon Soy Crisps
Totals pre-dinner:

Planning 32 oz crystal light & protein powder for dinner... and one more meal, something like 1/2C cottage cheese or 2 oz turkey...

96 oz (1 gallon) non-caffeine fluids

Okay, dinner was shot... had two more (at once) Mini-Carb Snickerdoodle cookies, and yes, they make me dump in *quantity. They're gone now... yay.
I am done for the day... it's all about finishing my last liquids up and probably hot coffee in a while.
I made the kids a box of Whole Wheat Blueberry w. Flax pancakes & bacon, and while it smelled marvelous, I couldn't do it. I tasted a crumble of a pancake, and realized how awful they'd feel in my pouch.
