Please post your food journals here... Thanks. ______________________________________________________________ Okay ladies, it's working again. My *tool* that is. Thank goodness, I'm losing again. I'm back to my lowest point, which puts me back to where I was on March 1st, again. Whew. Anyways, the conclusions THIS time for the loss (quite tiring, I know... but since there's usually no rhyme or reason to my loss pattern, I am really looking through what I ate the past week) Quite low in calories (600-900 cals), low fat (average 21 grams), low carb (average 37 grams), protein, of course, (average 70 grams), at least a gallon of liquids... and apparently NO FRUIT, at all. I've not had fruit for several days now, and I've gone from 156 to 148-149 (teetering) Oh well, I'll remember fruit for maintenance-time. Also, I went out for new protein powder yesterday, and I found a *winner*... it's called "Zero Carb Protein" from www.vpxsports.com, though I got it at my local health food store. It comes in a big blue canister (2 lbs).... Reads "Fat Incinerator" on it.. Stats (and these are the BEST I've seen by FAR...) Serving size- 1 scoop/24.5G 80 calories 0 fats 0 carbs 20 protein How great is THAT!? Two scoops gives you almost your whole days' worth of protein, with hardly any calories, no fat, and NO CARBOHYDRATES whatsoever! I'm psyched! I mixed two scoops this morning with my Crystal Light Orange Sunrise, shook it up and it was a creamsicle. Yummy. I am going to stock up on this stuff. It is expensive, but worth every penny, because of the no-carbs... which means I can have a lot more of it per day than any other kind, KWIM? I'll put a whole "review" on my www.meltingmama.blogspot.com/ journal too... Onto my day: Breakfast- 8 oz coffee/dollop light cream/= 2 scoops VPX Zero Carb Vanilla Protein 32 oz Orange Crystal Light Next up, 32 oz diluted tea or crystal light Lunch- ?? Dinner- ?? Weighed in this am and down to my 148. Funny how I can't get past that # since Dec. I know this weekend, I didn't eat much and increased my liquids, so I'm sure that had something to do with it. I'm feeling good about the loss. So far today: Coffee/splenda/creamer B: 1/2 bagel (3oz) 1 oz cr cheese 1 oz crab stick (love these) I ate 3/4 of this and tossed the rest since I was full Mt Dew since I needed to wake up. I've brought in Propel and I'll stick with that today L: Lasagna I made last night 4oz D: Not sure, maybe more Lasagna.
