20 minutes treadmill.. nose starting running, got off, Gotta cold.

1/2C frozen berries/coupla = packets

WooHoo! Sunny California...supposed to be raining, but the sun came out and the temps topped 72 degrees...my daffodils and tulips are blooming...and my apple tree has already blossomed out...missed it
