Dinner- 1/3C melted part skim mozzarella (cheese chip in microwave) sprinkling crumbled bacon Then, 16 oz iced coffee 20 minutes treadmill.. nose starting running, got off, Gotta cold. Now- Atkins Vanilla Canned Shake (bluck) 1/2C frozen berries/coupla = packets 1**** all blended... Totals- 594 26 33 59 -beth

Started okay...then... B - 3/4c refried beans L - 1c Spaghetti Salad...who in the world thought of this...it is soooo good. S - Bryers Carb Control Almond Ice Cream Bar D - dunno WooHoo! Sunny California...supposed to be raining, but the sun came out and the temps topped 72 degrees...my daffodils and tulips are blooming...and my apple tree has already blossomed out...missed it 343/330/???/180
