St. Patty's Day/Journals
Okay...so I've fallen off the wagon...I was just dying for some pizza...so
B = 2 sl of Pizza...toppings stripped...only one piece of crust eaten
L = 3/4c Potpie filling
D = Dunno?????? Maybe chinese...I love chinese
Liquids are still so far off...I've been stressing...so I'm trying to cut myself some slack...I'm hoping once I get my car back, the plumber and electrician are finished, and everyone is out of the hospital I can get back on track. Stress = wrong food choices. I see it...I acknowledge it...but not very good at stopping myself.

breakfast coffee.. later protein shake
lunch 1/4 cup chicken salad on mixed greens
snack celery w/ carb smart peanutbutter
dinner turkey chili w/ reduced fat cheese
snack cheese stick
watered down crystal light ALL day long!!
exercise 1.5 hours at the gym 15 min elipitical machine 20 min treadmill brisk walk on incline arms and abs today!!! tomorrow... a break from the gym i vowed to go 4 x's a week, which i've done. M-Th... tada.. that scale better move or it's going out the window!!!! ~Kim
