My scale is rewarding me for those carb-days over the weekend. I'm so glad I indulged in eating crap.
Anyways.
Today.
Coffee, lots
4 oz Carb Countdown Skim, maybe more, keeping the coffee coming
*Avoiding the kitchen like a plague, other than the coffee, tea, crystal light right now. Meals- I dunno, thinking of sticking to liquids for a while, I can't bear to see the scale go any higher at this point... it's nuts. I apparently only lose when I am doing the high intake of liquid and shakes.
So- "plan" today...
Breakfast-
*skipped I guess, drinking my weight in coffee*
Lunch-
Protein Shake
Dinner-
Protein Shake
Evening pre-bed-
Protein Shake or Carb Countdown Smoothie
Snacks-
None, just drinking.
That's the plan, let's see how far it works.

I knew it, My 'Pig out day' crept up on me. This morning I stepped on the scale and gained two lbs.
I know I fluxuate between five lbs but man, I was at the high end to begin with. I freaked !!! Anyway..... doing better today.
B: 24 ozCoffee w/sf creamer
1 hardboiled egg
3 crab sticks
L: 2 oz string cheese
D: chicken and veggies
Already drank 44 oz of water !! Yippeeeee
