2 gummy "Whole Foods" supplements (I've been taking these thinking they were multi-vites, they're not, they're just fruit/veggie/Vit A, etc)
2 gummy "Fiber" supplements
24 oz coffee
2 oz Carb Countdown 1% Milk
1T SF cocoa powder
