Sleepy Saturday- Food Journals
Hiya gang! Wake up! If I'm up, y'all better get up. Just kidding... The husband got up early for his 2nd job today, and woke us all up by accident, and I'm just really beat this morning.
What's on the menu today? Anybody cooking? And big plans?
It's snowing, again... here and it's just disgusting out there, again... this has been the snowiest winter I remember! DH is gone all day all night, again, GRRRR... and we've got no plans, no cash, GRRRRR. At least if it were warm out... we'd get OUT and do something!
Today is yet another new day, right? I fell off the wagon hard last night. As I wrote in yesterdays' journal, donut holes followed me home. Leave it to me to treat the kids and lose control myself, eh? Oh well. I'm still swinging between 151-152 lbs.

12 oz coffee
2 oz Carb Countdown Skim
I'll have protein next, or more liquids then protein. Didn't feel like eating this morning, the fruit looked better and I was parched.

2 cups coffee, 2 capfuls of cream
lunch: half of a chicken breast, a thick slice of cheese, some baby carrots, and half an apple.

other half of chicken breast 1/3 cup fat free refried beans with two tbs salsa, and couple cubes of cheese.
