Sitting here at lunch, bored out of my mind!! So, I decided I would dance. Gotta get my cardio in one way or another. Still can't "GO", and am getting very frustrated. Any thoughts?

Flaxseed oil!
Milk of Magnesia!
A coupla bowls of KASHI!
CUCUMBERS!
And, apparently, I think, not sure yet, but just maybe, 4 donut holes!! SWOOSH!
