1) Do you now, or have you ever played a musical instrument? If so, what? I used to play the coronet and the clarinet. The only thing I play now is "wind" from my musical backside. 2) Do you have any siblings? Yes If so, how many, what gender? 1 full sister, she has never been overweight, she is healthy thin. 2 half brothers, probably 30 pounds overweight, 1 half sister maybe 10 or 15 pounds overweight. 3)Also, do any of them fight the same challenges with weight? Not at the same point that I did. 4) Have you ever met anyone FAMOUS? Who, when & where! Yes, I met Edward James Olmos (Stand and Deliver, he played Selena's father in Selena) Met him in Fresno California, even have a picture of me with him, I really look like a dork. 5) What type of music do you listen to ? I like top 40, some country, big band, some 80's, music from the 40"s, 50's, some 60"s. 6) What are your hobbies? Right now I do not have time for hobbies. I work two jobs, run my kids everywhere and just live. I want to ride a horse maybe turn that into a hobby somehow. I do love to read and learn new things. Mechelle

Michelle, I am sure you do not look like a Dork when you had pic taken with Edward James Olmos. Heck, I had my eyes closed in the photo of me with Delta Burke and it looks like I am forcing the hug on her and she is just being pleasantly nice by smiling, but probably really thinking get this crazy broad away from me. Habitual lurker reporting for duty...(sorry I'm late Beth): Do you now, or have you ever played a musical instrument? If so, what? -Trombone, for the past 16 years ("this one time, in band camp...") Do you have any siblings? If so, how many, what gender? Also, do any of them fight the same challenges with weight? -One younger sister. She is obese but she's in denial, she calls herself "thick". Have you ever met anyone FAMOUS? Who, when & where! -I live in NYC so you spot a few of them pretty often. Julianne Moore was standing in line directly behind me at Old Navy late last year right before "The Forgotten" opened up in theatres. She had about 7 pairs of jeans (size 6 for those just dying to know) and I asked her if she needed a hand and she started laughing and cracking jokes with me about shopping too much. Leave it to me to start giggling uncontrollably with the "OMG I'M LAUGHING WITH JULIANNE MOORE!!!" look on my face. What type of music do you listen to ? -Most old and new (neosoul) R&B, Alt., classical, reggae, calypso, 80s. What are your hobbies? -Rugby, huge music fan, shopping as of late, reading, travel.

I know I'm late, but I wanna play too. Do you now, or have you ever played a musical instrument? If so, what? Yes, the clarinet...for years and years...scary part is that I have no real sense of rhythm yet I made it to second chair. Do you have any siblings? If so, how many, what gender? Also, do any of them fight the same challenges with weight? I am one of five...two older (a brother and sister) and two younger sisters. And yes, each and every one fight the same weight challenges. Me and my younger sister had our surgeries one month apart. Have you ever met anyone FAMOUS? Who, when & where! Most of the famous people I've met have been in Las Vegas. Two I remember very well since they were extremely nice and very friendly. David Copperfield met him in the Casino right after seeing his show and yes, I asked for an autograph. The other was Bobby Hatfield (The Righteous Brothers) met him in the elevator going down to the Casino (yes, saw their show too) he was such a cool guy. Gambled and had dinner with him...too bad I was with my boyfriend at the time...really liked him...so sad he has passed on. I also met Van Halen...in my much younger days and when they had just brought in Sammy Hagar as their new front man. To be honest...I didn't know who they were...my sisters could have killed me after they found out. I was apprenticing with my photography instructor...he needed an assistant...that day we shot the cover for an upcoming album. They offered me a job to tour with them, but at the time I already had a full time job and wasn't interested...like I said I didn't know who they were... What type of music do you listen to ? A little bit of everything...I have a very eclectic collection from Pavarotti to Red Hot Chili Peppers to Usher to Beastie Boys to Canconies De Mi Papa (Spanish)...not counting my Pop stuff and my pretty good collection of country...love that Marty Stuart...now he is someone I'd like to meet. What are your hobbies? Reading...and reading...and did I mention reading. On average I donate about 700 paperback and another 300 hardbound books to the local library every year. I also have a pretty large collection of art (pottery and paintings/lithos)...not intentionally collecting, but I would see something I like and the next thing you know I have tons. To the weird side I also have a collection of antenna balls...yes, antenna balls. It started with one stupid Jack-In-The-Box Holiday Ball (ear muffs and scarf) to about a little over a dozen or so lined up on a window sill in my office at work. My boss is thinking if I keep it up I should get some kind of shadow box for them. In the last couple of years I've taken up doing my own home improvements. My family still thinks it is pretty hysterical...there I am with my makeup, manicure, and hair done swinging a hammer or wrench. It does make a pretty funny picture, but I am beginning to like the changes I am making to my home.
