Tuesday- Food journals, freaking out, and more!

Still swinging high, ate like a carb-fiend yesterday, expected to actually see the scale go higher . It was one of the highest calorie days I've had since Christmas/chocolate chip cookie days. I didn't eat anything bad, it was all good food, (go figure) just lots of carbohydrates that my body doesn't need and make me maintain weight even at a lower calorie rate.
I feel the tell-tale pains of impending doom this morning, and I am PRAYING (which is totally out of character for ME, ..) that my period is coming. It's officially late, and I have been freaking out and obviously and immediately I start craving things when I have the slightest inkling that something is off. Who else would go through an entire 11-serving box of freaking flax granola in 2-3 days?!
Anywho-
Woke up freaking out again... So, bear with me today...again...
1/2 toasted waffle (I think they were "healthy" ones, since I've changed all food intake in the house, but STILL?!)
Spread of SF strawberry jam (and this wasn't even my food , this was the 2 y.o.'s breakfast...UGH... why would I even TOUCH a waffle??)
Trying to stop it before it gets worse...
24 oz coffee/2 oz CC skim
Next up, more and more coffee probably... and then on to warm decaf tea I think.... going to push off eating as long as possible, because once I start the stupid carb-ball rolling, I cannot physically stop.

wow, been away from the puter all weekend with my dh.....anyway here goes:
bf: 1/2 cup cottage cheese with salt and pepper
sn1: 1 atkins morning start bar
lunch: cheese steak without bread, add mushrooms and onions (about 3 ounces total) (no flames please it is real lean meat from a local place and they make it special for me - no added grease all vegies and steak are steamed)
sn2: handfull of sunflower seeds
dinner: protien shake (2 tbls cocoa, 2 tbls peanut butter (simply jiff), 1 scoop protien, 1/2 cup carb countdown, 2 cups ice, 1 cup water)
sn3: cheese stick
around 220 ounces of crystal light sunrise and water combined today....already completed 1/2 gallon.
2 mile walk away the pounds workout and about 2 hours of packing and moving of stuff.
still holding with my recent loss - nothing new to report but am quite hopeful.

No way i'd flame - we're a supportive bunch. Besides - only she who is without sin can cast the first stone. (Whoever that broad is, it sure ain't me!)
Besides, what's so bad about lean meat with cheese melted on it? I'd eat it!

I had a toasted tuna sandwhich yesteday and I gained 2 lbs. this morning Any time I eat even the smallest amount of carbs I gain weight. I guess I will forever be unable to eat them
