Hiya,
I had a decent day yesterday, (even went OUT for lunch and avoided huge temptations...) but still swinging on the high end here of this stupid current range of weights...lowest 148 current high 152, again... THIS part really frustrates me and I feel like throwing the scale out the window and giving up. So, I could just stop weighing in and let things happen, but just imagine my dismay if I did just that and started gaining more and didn't know it. So, the scale must stay, as much as I've thought about giving it a kick down the stairs.
Oh, it was my 11-month very merry unbirthday yesterday. I kinda forgot since I was pissed off about my weigh-in. I've got less than a month left to my year unbirthday and doctors' appointment. I really need to get some lbs moving, I've not lost hardly a thing since my 9 month appointment since I've swung UP again... I'd hate to go back at the same weight, it's embarrassing! Especially since I've truly tried hard...most of the time...

Well I need to get back on track today. I was away on a scrapbooking retreat friday night through this morning. Snacked way too much, although not near what I would have. Not all bad snacks but too many.
B -1 c. cheerios, 1/2 banana, 1/2 c. skim milk
herbal mint tea
water
L - salad: 1/2 c romaine lettuce, 1 oz. deli turkey, 1 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cukes, carrots, lf dressing
S1 - 1/2 banana w/ 1T. peanut butter
S2 - string cheese
water
water
See once I start the grazing habit I can't stop cold turkey.
D (planned)- 3 oz. tilapia, some kind of veggie
Here's my day, not good, not bad... just not appropriate.
Breakfast-
Carb Countdown Yogurt
1 scoop GNC Whey Protein
1/2C strawberry, blackberry, blueberry & raspberry mix, frozen
1/2C water & 1****
Sweetener
Flax seed oil
Lunch-
EAS Carb Control Protein Bar (Cookies and Cream, OMG, yummy...never had this kind before, it's got like real "oreo-like" crunchies and cream...SWOON!)
Afternoon-
2 oz beef jerky steak nuggets
Dinner-
Ka****rail Mix Granola Bar (OMG, yummy... holy carbilicious snacking! I suppose this could be a trade off for something "naughtier" ... didn't make me feel in the slightest bit sick, either... oh man!)
1 Good Friends Kashi Raisin Cookie (baked these to use up the cereal... and for the kiddos... not very good tasting, but the kids will eat em...)
