Woke up today, really glad I ate like a carb-heifer yesterday.
Weighed in at 153. Yep, four pounds UP, in one night. Nice.

So incredible isn't it. No way could we gain that much weight in one night, da*n those scales. It's got to be water retention. I myself am avoiding the scale this a.m. (feeling the water retention in my hands) but I know that I have got to face it, I ate terribly yesterday, drank mucho cups of vanilla caramel tea( sipping one right now) Of course I can't count those as my liquids because of the caffeine, I'll slack off here shortly.

Carb Countdown Vanilla Yogurt
1/2C frozen strawberries
1/2C Carb Countdown Skim Milk

Lunch- (out...)
1C fruit (cantelope, pineapple, honeydew melon)
1 bite DH's roast beef about .25 oz
Afternoon-
16 oz coffee with shot espresso
2 oz skim milk
32 oz diluted tea
Nitro-Tech Carb Control Bar
1C watermelon
Dinner-
1/4C cooked bulgur wheat with soy grits
.25 oz mozzarella cheese
Evening-
1 Archway Cocoa cookie
16 oz coffee
Fat free fake creamer
Totals- much better, not done, may have a protein/yogurt concoction...?
