6 oz Carb Countdown Vanilla Yogurt
4 oz ice
2 oz water
1/2C frozen strawberries, =
Blended...
Cucumber slices (about 1/2 cup or less)
Lunch-
2 oz beef jerky nuggets--- oh for joy, these are heaven!!
1 serving BBQ soy crisps (a bit later, not part of the mealtime)
1C watermelon (one half morning, one half afternoon)
Dinner-
About 3/4 to 1C total of the following, from a LC stir-fry mix:
carrot strips
broccoli
water chesnuts
soybeans
sliced beef
brown rice
Liquids:
64 oz diluted tea products... black tea and vanilla chai
12 oz coffee
Totals pre-snack:

Dinner-
I made chicken and spinach enciladas, but set aside the filling just pour moi...no tor-kill-yas here!!
I also had 48 oz of Crystal Light lemonade...
Totals:
Cals 1096 (that is really really high for me! I have been averaging 850 or lower...should I be scared??? Read my other totals first, please, and see if this is OK...
