I lost all control late last night, it involved two, one didn't suffice, so TWO NSA lowfat ice cream sandwiches, FOLLOWED by fat free POTATO chips! ::gagging:: Today is YET another NEW DAY! Sometimes I just wanna kick my own @$$.
Weighed in today at 150, again (well, it was 151 yesterday)... Bouncing 149-151 lbs... every time I carb-eat it goes up again. Plan is back on the wagon, today, again, I gotta keep it up every single day....
Breakfast-
1/4C Hi-Lo w. Strawberries Cereal
2 oz Carb Countdown Skim Milk
Morning-
32 oz vanilla caramel iced tea with Equal
Snack-

Okay, I am back in control. Been a rough couple of days.
pre-b: 12 oz. skim milk, 1 pkt sf swiss miss hot cocoa, 1 T. instant decaf coffee
B: 2/3 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. mixed fruit, light syrup drained off

exercise - 2 mile walk class

2T. hummus on 1/2 low carb pita (local mideastern restaurant make it fresh - YUM!)

Dinner-
1/2 package of chopped spinach, ate this till I was full, didn't measure

Carb Countdown Strawberry Smoothie Drink

128 oz of water/tea (not a drop of coffee!!)

59 carbs (all from fruit, vegetable & protein shakes)

OOO..I LOVE the Vanilla Caramel tea! Never tried it iced, tho...hmmm..maybe this am....I haven't had my coffee yet...surprised? so am I!!! LOL
Well, let's see..

Lunch-
same as breakfast...
Dinner-
Not a clue
So, I have been AWESOME lately...114 g protein yesterday!!! (all from chicken and shrimp), no cals over 800, protein over 75, no fat over 30, no carbs over 30-35...so......why am I not going anywhere? I am drinking and being good!!!!! Gee, Janice, can you possibly WHINE anymore????
Any ideas on why I am still stuck???? Aunt Flo is not due, I do not have extra body parts sprouting, have not been abducted by aliens....what is it???

The box is upstairs, but I think it's Bigelow? I have no clue if it's decaf, though, I didn't even check! It's pretty good. I prefer it hot with my CC milk and equal, but iced it's decent, and I guess it's good enough, 'cuz I've had 64 oz today...
