I am LOSING right now! Can't believe that my Plateau has finally given up & let me start losing again. I have lost 9# in 2 weeks .... YEAAAAA
I have been doing 1 protein shake with CC milk in the morning & then 1 at night about an hour before bed ... don't know why it is working but it is. Adding the 2 protein shakes a day is all that I have done differently ... each shake gives me 35g of protein per sitting so I bumped up from around 60g a day to 100-120g a day.

Are you eating your meals as well, just adding protein?
I read last night that if we take in the protein shakes *in addition* to our regular meals, our bodies are more likely to let go of fat because they don't feel "starved" and won't need to hold on to every last ounce... It said to add 60-100 grams of quality protein supplements (whey protein or the like, no junk shakes with fake oils/fillers like Slim-Fast) Sounds like that's what you did...
If it really works that way, I'd be so much better off, because I could "snack" on protein shakes and eat meals too... perhaps that's the route I should be taking.

I take a shake for breakfast - eat a Snack, Lunch, Snack, Dinner then Shake again ... I feel like all I do is Eat & Drink now
I use the GNC's 100% Whey Protein & Mix in the Carb Countdown 2% Milk (makes it more like a milkshake that way) .... if I use plain Chocolate then I mix in an extract to make it fun (like Pineapple, Cherry, Orange, Banana etc).
I thought I would give it a shot & I am SO glad I did because it BLASTED my plateau right out of the water!

I was running late today, so only got in 20 oz coffee, FF milk, and Splenda.
Breakfast-
2-3 oz chicken, with 1 oz cheese, 1/4 c FF ricotta, and hot sauce
Lunch
11 medium shrimp, with ****tail sauce (ketchup and horseradish)
Dinner
Hubby is making bratwurst, but, as much as I would LOVEW this..I can't..I just know I will :puke: if I do..too much fat/grease/other yummy stuff...
I will have something, dunno what yet..maybe turkey roll ups or my old chicken stand by, with veggies
I am going to fill up on Crystal Light and water today...I want 174 tomorrow!!!!! I have been too good lately not to have a loss! Wha!

I'm back...the cruise was so much fun...I didn't gain, but didn't lose either. Stayed away from the alcohol, but ate some carbs. They even had tons of sugarfree options.
So today I start my liquids...only liquids for three days...my system needs a kick start.

snack1: atkins morning start bar
dinner: chicken breast seared with garlic, green beans
snack 2: protien shake
