Lunch-
Repeat of breakfast (see above)
Afternoon- (was doing well... then... peanuts at MIL's house...)
1 oz spanish peanuts
64 oz diluted tea (avoiding grazing...)
1 Nitro-Tech Carb Control Bite (hungry)
2 chocolate covered almonds (not hungry, a obvious cheat.)
Dinner-
Don't really have any carbs/fat to spare.. but if I must, I'll have another shake in a little while.
