We took the kids to the science museum today... both of us forgoed the food-court type lunch and ate protein bars instead... For dinner I got us all soup from Au Bon Pain... that cured my urge for a meal out... a better choice, too.... I had Chicken Chili... the kids had corn chowder or chicken noodle...

A decent day, as long as I get to bed before doing further carb damages...
