4 oz ice/4 oz strawberries, blended all together...
Morning-
Lemonade Crystal Light (yuck!)
1 oz spanish peanuts
8.4 oz Sugar Free Red Bull
12 oz iced coffee
Lunch-
None
Afternoon-
SF Mocha, drank about 1/3 and decided it might make me dump, tossed it...
Water, about 4 oz...
Movies with DD-
1 Nitro-tech CC Bite
Then... the inevitable... popcorn... I ordered her a small, sans butter, but it called my name... I had some... not enough to make me feel sick, thank goodness... it usually hits me hard....
Dinner-
2 oz turkey
dollop FF cottage cheese
Now- drinking....

snack

10 pieces turkey pepperoni
lunch
1/2 c lettuce with 1 oz turkey, 1 tbs dressing
dinner
4 oz tilapia (fish squishes nicely..can eat more..but, still 91 cals for 4 oz)
1/2c cauliflower and squash, with a bit of margerine, garlic, and pepper
snack
mozz chz stick
turkey pepperoni
had 64 oz crystal lite and other water
I actually logged into Fitday today...748 (i think..or was it 784..), 28 fat, 27 carb, 93 protein..yeah!
