Hi April 2004 Friends!! My New Pic

Hi! At the bottom of my profile is my new pic - I am 8 pounds away from goal now - hovering about 207.... I started at 379 pounds (at 6'3") and in a tight 54 waist - now I am comfortable in size 36 jeans - I never thought that would be the case. The new pic was taken as a Valentine for my wife - she married me at 310 pounds, so she has no pics of me and this was just for her - now I'm sharing it with all my OH pals too. I hope you are all doing well and keeping up the excercise and vitamins & protein and are gearing up for our one year anniversary - not much longer!!! David
