I am insanely excited about my weigh-in this morning ... and I'm so happy that I'm having progress... I've been trying so hard. Getting to goal doesn't seem so impossible now, even as it did feel that way a few weeks ago. I still may not make it by my one-year anniversary, but it's going to be pretty freaking close!

Holy Moly you skinny girl! Beth you are my inspiration. I'm looking foward to the 170's. Scales are still evil for me right now but I know this too shall pass.

Dinner: probably bacon or kielbasa again. still trying to stick to protein for the next few weeks. Hope I can shake loose a few lbs within the next day or so.

It's so exciting again... I was ready for a change of pounds. I guess it's really noticeable again, because all of a sudden I'm getting the comments from people... "WOW..." I'm like, "Huh?" Then, "Oh, yeah! I remember now, I'm skinny !?!"

.25 oz gruyere cheese (sample at grocery store)
3 oz Boars' Head Chicken Breast (this was great, just bought a teeny amount to try... and digestable, I normally can't handle chicken!!)
2 small ground beef meatballs
Afternoon-
24 oz diluted tea
If I get hungry, I'll have another fruit/yogurt shake...
Making lasagna for the family... I won't eat it fully made, but I'll eat some filling (using skim ricotta, cottage cheese, part skim mozzarella, shredded parmesan, eggs....)
Where is everybody today?
I've been sick with this sinus crud all week. YUK! Today it just made me nauseous all day so I wasn't hungry.
Breakfast - banana and PB
decaf SF Vanilla Soy Latte with Vanilla Unjury
lunch - oops forgot
dinner - chicken (about 2 oz.), baked beans, BBQ chips (handful)
snack - Nectar protein drink
