I'm looking fit!!!!

I take my 8 year old son to Jujitsu class T/Th nights. Its at the YMCA, so I do a 3 mile run on the treadmill while I wait for him. Last night, as we were walking out, and I was drenched in sweat, my sweet boy said, "You're looking really fit mom". What a sweetie, not only am I floored that he noticed, but he used the word 'fit' instead of skinny or not so 'fat'. I take pride in knowing I'm giving my son a good example of fitness. What a difference 9 months makes! I love these special moments. Ok bragging officially complete! Rachel

Awww..... I love the innocent honesty kids have.... What a sweetheart.... My 7.5 year old has been telling me that I'm small... and she's been trying to pick me UP off the floor. I'll admit she CAN move me... beth -not so 'fat' anymore, too...
