I just wanted to say that i think eating beef jerky (not the beef sticks) Is a great way to get your protein in while have a delious snack. I usually have one every other day.

I totally agree!!
70 calories/1 oz (give or take) and low low fat for high protein!!
Although, I had a run-in with Slim Jim-type snacks a while back, holy fat and calories Batman! Glad I got sick after eating one.
