2 oz chicken breast (munchies... caught in time!!)
1/2C watermelon
Lunch-
1 serving soy crisps
6 oz Carb Countdown Strawberry Yogurt
4 frozen strawberries
4 oz ice/1 Equal
2 oz Carb Countdown Skim, blended...
-beth, hanging in there.... drinking my shake... then back to tea ALL afternoon.... c'mon.... I can do this!
Afternoon-
48 oz diluted tea
1/2C watermelon
Dinner-
2 oz beef jerky (in car before dinner)
1 oz mozzarella cheese (at home...)
5 pork rinds (almost came up... ...burp... Pushed the limit...
Now-
24 oz diluted tea
Maybe a iced coffee/chocolate or protein shake before bed....
Totals: (I haven't added the crisp things, I didn't bring the bag down to enter the info yet...)
Snacks- yes, today I did... but good choices--- watermelon... etc... still good numbers though... I can actually have about 300 cals more tonight...

extra pot of coffee mid afternoon
dinner 1 chicken hot dog, with turkey chili, and cheese
2 French Fries (baked) with ketchup
NO SNACKS!!! WHOOOOO!!!!
