Chocolate Protein Shake
(GNC Whey Protein, 4 oz CC skim, 1T cocoa powder, 8 oz ice)
Lunch-
1.5C mixed greens, 2 oz roast beef, 1 slice asaigo cheese, 1T greek dressing, 1T feta
Dinner-
2T farmers' cheese, .25oz crumbled bacon, 3 kalamata olives
Totals-
586 calories
30 fat (perfect...)
17 carbs (yay!!! )
57 protein
48 oz diluted tea
16 oz coffee
8 oz water
I'll have another meal before bed... something low-fat are carb-free to keep my totals in the clear here.... But, another awesomely "good" day for me.... I hope I can keep things going.
