No, fortunately, it is a stuffy nose, head, mild fever, feel like crap thing...no whoopsies, thank goodness!!!! I just feel bad that I am sitting on the couch like a slug and not being active with the kiddos. One of my friends is taking Gaby to go bowling, so at least she will not be stuck here with us sickos all day! Janice

5:30am Mocha Cap EAS Adv. protein shake 8:10am String cheese stick Planning..... Its "that time of the month" so instead of turning into hellion, I just snack (healthy ones). Lunch - string cheese apple Snack pm - individual micro popcorn Dinner - salmon!!!! (my favorite!) Shooting for 80+ oz of liquids today. Either decaf coffee, crystal lite or water. Gave up Diet pop for lent.

Okay Beth tell us how you really feel! Here's the plan so far: 16 oz water b - 3/4 c. Post Carbwell cereal, 1 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana 16 oz water Strength training workout - 50 min. 16 oz. water L - 1/2 can tuna, 2 oz. cheddar cheese, 3/4 c. mixed greens, 1-2T. light italian dressing water S - celery and hummus water water D - fish, veggie (probably broccoli) more water Hanging tight to the wagon so I don't fall off! Hey Dawn, I'm at 197 today too! Unfortunately it's because I GAINED 2 lbs yesterday! UGH Breakfast - Nectar protein drink coffee water 45 min workout (burned 235 calories on elliptical machine today) lunch - tuna snack - apple with PB Dinner - don't know yet - probably something with chicken Ronda Happy V-day 297/286/197(up 2 lbs)/170

Adding for the night- Afternoon-dinnertime... This is my "dinner"... 1/2C total roasted soybeans (kept snacking, three different times...) .5 oz mozzarella cheese 1/4C cucumbers Totals- 1000 cals 41 fat 77 carbs 84 protein Guess I'm done for the day... wonder if I'll be up ANOTHER pound tommorrow?! Who knew you could gain a pound a day eating 1000 calories. -beth
