Weird Wednesday, thankful, and post food here...

RNY on 04/27/04 with
16oz water 160z propel Protien bar bfast w/ decaf 16oz propel Jerky for lunch. I was out longer than expected. Thank god for jerky. 16oz propel (see a trend...I'm watered out today!) then 6 melba toast and string cheese. I gotta throw out the melba toasts!!! Next 24oz water (propel doesn't seem to truly hydrate me) Spinach salad with chicken for dinner 24oz water No workout tonight...rest night. Rachel
