OK here goes..... coffee Breakfast - oatmeal with splenda and soy milk water workout water coffee planned for lunch - tuna and a small salad with goat feta cheese and olives lots of water NO SNACKING TODAY!!!! repeat after me... NO SNACKING NO SNACKING....no snacking no snacking! planned for dinner - nothing yet ?????? The scales are playing with my mind! I got on yesterday morning - 196; yesterday around noon - 193.5 (I'm thinkin' YAHOO!); this morning - 195 ! That's what I get for getting on those things too often! COFFEECOFFEECOFFEE! (+skim milk and SPlenda..man, am I predictable or what!!!) 72 oz + milk volume breakfast- 1/2 chicken breastisie + cheese + hot sauce Lunch- Leftover moo shu pork with veggies (maybe 1 piece of shushi as well) Dinner- I have no clue, maybe turkey ham related...veggies NO SNACKS!!! mocha - 12 oz. skim milk, 1 scoop choc. whey protein, 1 T. instant decaf, splenda B - 3/4 c. carbwell cereal, 1/2 c. skim milk (really didn't drink it), 1/2 banana 8 oz water lunch - 1/2 c. mixed greens w/ 1.5 oz light swiss, 1 oz low fat deli ham, 1 large shrimp, low fat honey mustard dressing. Workout - ramping (1/2 way between walking and step) water water S - celery with 2 wedges light laughing cow cheese water bbq pork chop, some kind of veggie

Today- Breakfast- 1 scoop GNC Whey Protein (20 G protein) 8 oz coffee/cream/= Lunch- 1 oz soyztels (8G protein) Afternoon- 1 oz pretzels 2 Nitro-tech Carb Control Protein Bites (20G protein) Dinner- 4- 1 oz slices turkey breast (20G protein) Liquids- 40 oz diluted diet tea 12 oz Cool Water Trim Cranberry 8 oz Water 8 oz SF Red Bull 32 oz coffee ___________________________________________________________ Totals- 710 calories 17 fat 68 carbs (damn pretzels, and net carb count is off) 74 protein Exercise- 2 miles treadmill at 4.0 (30 minutes) 100 crunches 20 leg lifts, each side It's 7:33pm now, if I can avoid the munchies till I go to SLEEP, this has been a good day. I feel them coming on, so maybe I'll try to load up on liquids first, and if I still need something, maybe a shake with added berries? beth Happy Valentines' Day! What the heck happend to me??? I was a show hound yesterday. I ate 3 bite size candies. Melba toast...why I didn't dump I have no idea! Plus all my other usual stuff! Then, I went to the gym for a run (feeling like a cow). IT WAS CLOSED. So I came home and did my run around our neighborhood, but only had time for 40mins. Then went to a birthday party and had CHAMAGNE! Today is a new day! Rachel
