Lunch-
1/4C sprouts (lentils, peas & adzuki beans)
1/8C part skim mozzarella
Liquids-
32 oz coffee total (with light cream & equal)
24 oz diluted tea (in a few minutes)
Afternoon- (planned)
Another 24 oz diluted tea
SF Red Bull pre-munchie time near dinner (when I usually lose all control)
Dinner- (planned)
Kids are having veggie sloppy joes on wheat buns...
I'm planning on a protein shake w. more fruit....
Tonight-
Liquids!

Adding/editing, I wish there was a way to do this without adding a new post... I apparently can't plan anything... never goes as planned!
Afternoon-
1/2 serving graham crackers (damn, there were more... gone now.. I packed the rest into the kids' lunches for tommorrow)
Dinner- (nixed the sloppy, didn't have tomato paste, made chicken/stuffing casserole for the kids instead, with carrots & brown rice)
5 baby carrots
1/4-1/3C brown rice
.75 oz soy pretzels (grazing and I KNEW it )
Now-
32 oz iced coffee/creamer/=
Later-
Only liquids, I'm done with carbs... if I need something, it's a protein bar/shake

Well I am starting off the week well.. I don't count the weekend because it was terrible! I hate being home. I don't know how you stay at home mom's do it. Too much temptation to graze all day.
Pre-B: mocha - 1 T. decaf instant coffee, 1 pkt. sf swiss miss hot chocolate, 12 oz. skim milk
B: 1/2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 c. fruit salad ( banana, apple & oranges)
L: Boss took me to Ruth's Chris steakhouse! 3 large grilled shrimp, 2 T. peas, 1/4 c. roasted yukon gold potatoes. Remaining shrimp and peas will go in my salad for tomorrow's lunch.
S1 - 20 Eatsmart Soy crisps ( a new discovery -yum!)

I have had 3 (16.9 oz) bottles of water today. I really need to get back on track with the liquids. I know it makes a difference.
D - not sure yet probably left overs. Either white bean chili or skillet chicken cordon Bleu ( Janice's recipe - yum!)
