Day 3 Liquids
Yesterday was another nearly liquid day, minus dinner.... down a lb today, seeing 155 again, yay.
Today is some house-rearranging, moving my bedroom to the lower level along with treadmill.... that'll burn some calories, eh?

I have been struggling with my food issues but witting it down seems to help. Wel I hope it will. LOL
