Today is some house-rearranging, moving my bedroom to the lower level along with treadmill.... that'll burn some calories, eh? Anyhoo- TTYL! Woohhooo on 155! I'm at 154 and holding again! 160z propel 12 oz of water (so far...still working on my 24 oz bottle) 2 bites of pria carb select...then Not sure why???? That's it thus far. Later...its my son's 8th bday today...so hopefully nothing too junky. Lunch...chicken and spinach dinner...meatballs and salad. Wine!!!!!!!!!!

Adding- didn't do all liquids, spent entire day moving house around.... Lunch- 1/2 oz pork rinds 3/4 oz twist cheese stick Dinner- EAS Carb Control Protein Bar Liquids- SF Red Bull x's 2 (16 oz) Cranberry Water (20 oz) Iced Coffee (48 oz) Totals: 732 calories 35 fat 47 carb (not really, net carbs are like 20) 66 protein -beth

B - 1 low fat tortilla 1/2oz cheese 1 slice fat free cheese coffee w/ 1T 1/2+1/2 S- 1/2c fat free ricotta 3/4oz raisins L- 1oz salami 1 low fat tortilla S- apple sauce D- Rice 4oz kielbase total calories 955; protien 58 I have been struggling with my food issues but witting it down seems to help. Wel I hope it will. LOL
