I log my food every single day into fitday.com.... and this is the report for the past month:
Total average for January 3- February 3, 2005
Calories per day: 830
Fat: 41
Carbs: 46
Protein: 71
Now, this is the past month, and I have had an absolutely horrendous month.... gained and lost and gained five lbs (just made a huge post in my blog about it...)
These are my goals *right now* while I am trying to kick-start loss again...
Calories- doing the liquid thing, ends up around 500-800 per day
After liquids, between 800-1000 is pretty normal for me. Any more than that seems to include bad food. I know some say you've gotta get 1200 or so, but once I see 1200, my choices of food are naughty on those days! Eating 1200 cals of good, healthy, low carb, low sugar food is difficult, it translates to a lot of volume. If I can find a way to eat that much and lose weight, I'll do it. Probably not until maintenance...

I had my nine month visit about a week ago and was told I am only to be eating about 900 calories a day yet. I had been at about 1100, thinking that was pretty good, apparently not according to my doc's plan.
So, back on the horse!
I also use fitday to log my intake and it makes it easier to track my calories too!
