I have noticed that I can smell the sugars in food, I just have to have one little wiff to know that its a NO NO. my daughter has cole slaw and I could just smell that sugar smell and that was from across the table. one good thing is that I don't try to even eat it. I know that some people on the main board have talked about "testing" their pouch but I won't. We went out to chinese last week and my husband had asked me how I know I can eat something and I had to explain that I can just smell it. I can walk down the bakery aisle and I don't even crave this stuff anymore. But I do stay out of the Holiday aisles, where they stock the seasonal candies! Donna -101

Donna, I can tell immediately when something has added or real sugar... it's bizarre that artificial sweeteners are the norm for me now, eww!! -beth
