Good, Bad and Disappointing
Finally got a plateau busting plan from my surgeon. It worked I dropped 7 pounds in 5 days but then when I went back to my regular eating plan, I gained 4 pounds back
It must have been water?
Back on the plateau buster once again.....I don't think I will ever stop using it if it means I am going to gain weight back

Per my Surgeons Office:
Day 1 - Clear Liquids - broth, surgar-free jello,popcicles
100% pure/no sugar addes juices
80-100 ozs of h2o per day
Day 2 - Same As Above, 2 Protein Shakes
Day 3 - Same As Day 1, 2 Protein Shakes w/fruit
Day 4-7 - 2 Protein Shakes and add soft food
non-fat cottage cheese
non-fat yogurt
fat free beans
low fat cheeses
eggs (whites only)
Oatmeal
cream of wheat or rice cereal
Day 8 until goal - add chicken or fish
add fruits and veg
add only 1 bread serving per day
limit fat grams to under 10 per day
That's the plan - however, when I started back on day 8 and forward I gained 4 pounds. I'm gonna try it again - this time with exercise, lots of exercise
