well i take Vista Vitamins and i love them ....I think they are great and my leveles have been right on since i have been taking them !!! Laura

Josie, I don't know anything about those specifically. I'm on prescription pre-natal vitamins from my surgeon. Just be careful and talk to you doc. Tandi 246-151-7 lbs to goal
