Moo-velous Monday....
Donna is doing soooo much better today. I am actually not ashamed to admit what I ate for a day. LOL
Breakfast is my usual skip meal as I can't stomach food in the morning.
Lunch was about 1/2 cup of chil w/ cheese
Dinner- Spaghetti Sauce with mostly meat about 1/2 cup no noodles.
AND GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!! I EXERCISED AGAIN TODAY ON THE ELLIPTICAL. I'm the worst for avoiding the darn thing but I'm determined I'm gonna work my way up to at least 30 minutes a day. I'm a welter weight and can only do 15minutes for now bu****ch out 30 minutes is only days away.

breakfast coffee (cream and sweet n lo) carbwell peanut butter bar
lunch yogurt, 2 bites of a piece of pizza
snack celery w/ lo card dressing
dinner baked beans w/ shredded cheese and a few black olives
snack peanuts
(i've turned into a vegatarian since surgery i think) i just cannot stand the taste of any of it... ick... ~Kim

today was a pretty descent day.
pre-breakfast--coffee/splenda/creamer
breakfast 3 ounces carb sense hot cereal
32 ounces nectar protein with crystal lite
snack-Thanks to Dawn I have been introduces to glenny's soy crisps (WOW) I love them, better than popcorn. In fact RONDA if you are reading this I passed on popcorn today, ate the chips instead, I probably need to be careful with these too, but I think I will have a better time at controling myself, not as cheap as popcorn.
lunch- 3 ounces of tuna with 5 crackers
dinner-3 ounces of shrimp
more coffee/creamer/splenda
16 ounces of tea
