One day period-pregnancy test results

Earlier this week, I posted a note that I got my period one day and thank you to all that replied that periods do get funky after WLS. I called my OB GYN and she immediately ordered a pregnancy test, and I am not pregnant. Hey but I like having one day periods. I must say even though my tubes are tied, and really do not want children, I was saddened and cried when the nurse told me the results were negative. I guess part of me wanted to have a baby. The only bad thing about this is that all that went through my mind was I got fat after I had my daughter 17 years ago, if I am pregnant I will get fat again. I do not ever want to weigh more than 200 lbs again. You all are wonderful people, thank you all so much for posting replies to me. Lori 258/157/148...9 lbs from goal

(((Lori))) I can understand, it's an empty feeling... even if you know you don't "want" any more children... it's natural to feel sad that it didn't happen... it would have been like a little miracle, with your tubal ligation and all...
