I just havent started out well today.. B: 1 cup cheerios with 1/2 cup 2% milk snack: 1 package of raspberry shortbread cookies from vending machine snack 2: an hour later I ate a Whip yogurt Lunch: I have a WW lasagna meal I brought Who knows what else. I am not a food planner at all. I get up at 5:30..get ready for work and try to slop down something before leaving at 6:45. I dont have a lot of time in the mornings for food. If I dont eat cereal, I will put Any Whey powder in juice and take my pills. But if I eat cereal, I am too full to drink anything before I go to take my pills. Its one or the other. I just cant seem to get into the swing of things to make better choices!! I need a good butt kicking. LOL

Today so far I had about 10 goldfish pretzel crackers and holy crap I just read the calorie content of those little things. Geezzzzzzzzzzz! 110 calories for 8 little fish. Lunch is left over spaghetti sauce with some egg noodles about 1 cup. I was starving. Still haven't finished it yet so I might only get in a half of a cup. I put mozarelli on it to make it even better Dinner is perhaps a 1" link of Kielbasa. I haven't decided yet. I'm cooking hubby a steak so I really don't yet.

Ever eaten at the Olive Garden? It is one of their signature soups. I just modified it to meet my requirements. Beans, ground beef & beef stock, onion, carrots, celery in a tomato based soup...and tiny pasta...shells or macaroni...supposed to have like 4ozs, but I only put in two. Very yummy and keeps my pouchie full. I pulled the recipe from the internet...Kopy Kat Recipes...

I used to ADORE the Zuppa Toscana... I've made it a bunch of times, 1-2 times since surgery, but it's not very pouch friendly made the good way, KWIM?? Lots of sausage, potatoes, butter, cream.......... ::burp:: Beth 'How puzzling all these changes are,' said Alice. 'I'm never sure what I am going to be from one minute to another. However, I've got back to my right size: the next thing is to get into that beautiful garden.' HW- 313 SW- 298 CW- 155 GW- 130 http://journals.aol.com/bethlbutterfly/MeltingMama/
