it feels like my loss was soooo slow. but I guess its due to starting out a lightweight, i was 277 the day of surgery. my weight loss has slowed down to a trickle, once its warmer I do intend to get back to my daily 3 mile walks, I still stick to what my dietician allows me to eat, I do go out with the family to eat but I have found there are many options on a regular menu, and if there is not, I just have a glass of un sweetened iced tea and eat later. I have not really tested my pouch but I have experianced a few occasions where there was either too much fat or sugar in something and I felt bad, kind of like I took some heavy duty pain pills and feel very sleepy. I feel great! Donna 277/177/150
