Just being nosy!!
I started out at 240 according to my scale at home...doctor scale said 236. I now weigh 142. My goal was 150, but I kept going down and now I wanna see the 130's. lol I am 5`6 or 5`7, depending on who measures me!! I would like to get to 136, so I can say I have lost 100 pounds since surgery!!
I read the posts almost everyday from work. I rarely reply cuz Im usually busy with work, but today is a slow day. I have such a hard time getting protein in my diet and I snack way too much on crap than I should. I am starting the gym today and need to get some good snacks!!! I just cant eat a whole lot at once when its protein food...like meat or cheeses. Carbs, like pastas I can eat a lot of, which I know we arent supposed to.
I guess thats a whole other subject. Sorry to ramble...Im a rambler LOL
