B: My sweetie made AWESOME Cajun eggs bennedict - No muffin, sausage patty (made on the forman grill so very low fat), poached eggs (made so MOST of the yoke is hard, but there is till a lava flow in the very middle), and hollendaise with cajun spice sprinkled on top. YUMMMMmmmmmm. I also had a bite of yogurt with an almond in it. 1 piece of string cheese and a handful of Pirate's booty cheese doodles. MMMmm. (These are dangerous, not that bad for you but they flatten down into nothing in the pouch so you can eat a lot of them). I feel loved (she had never made poached eggs before, and I told her that a woman who can make poached eggs is incredibly sexxy) and I feel adequately sated. (not overly stuffed, and unlike benedict at resturaunts since my surgery - I don't feel like I'm going to :puke:! ) God only knows what I'll eat the rest of my day. I need to get in my vitamins and some calcium. And I think I'm going to bake banana bread later. Here in MN we just got MAJOR snow, so I think a sledding trip might be in order. Love to all, ~Lara 400+/201 (OMG - just 2 lbs from one-derland)/190

And now, I'll be looking for something good to drink. . .perhaps some smar****er. I'm in One-derland. . .Did I say that already? Love to my peeps, ~Lara

Gawd, how I loooooooooove the booty. No really, it's so good. It's so so good. So easy to eat. Do yourself a favor, don't try it. If you do, it's all about the caramel flavor. I haven't had it since pre-op... but if it were here, I'd have to chain it down. The cheddar is yummilicious as well... as I've had that, and the "Smart Puffs" a bunch of times.... just too dangerous for me... -beth booty lover

We may be at 74 degrees today...still get chilly in the evening about 46, but give me a couple of months and I'll be complaining of 120 degree heat and my enormous A/C bill...

Hey girl, I'm not doing so good foodwise today. b- Go Lean Crunch cereal with Rice Milk l- pizza - 2 1/2 small slices! Peperoni and sausage. I hadn't had pizza since before my surgery and boy was it good! They made a cheeseless one just for me. - salad with O&V dressing - tons of water throughout the day d - it's 6:12 p.m. here now and I don't know what I'll eat for dinner but I've had way too many carbs today so it better be protein! Maybe tuna? Ronda
