Being accountable.... today!
Ok, I'm going to post they rest of my day from yesterday....
I'm trying to increase my water and in doing so, I'm constantly full so eating is a challenge.
Lunch - 3 large shrimp, 1 small thin slice of garlic toast, 2 strawberries
snack - Nectar protein drink
dinner - greek salad with grilled chicken breast on top (ate about 3 oz of chicken)
snack - 1 medium banana

You will be proud of me because I ATE MY LUNCH. LOL!
I had some boiled pork that I cooked last night. I added some onions and vinegar, red pepper and a little sweet & low to it and fried it up and it was actually pretty good.
I really should get on that eliptical downstairs. Hmm well I ate lunch so that's kinda breaking my normal routine. I can't be too good in one day!

YEAHH!!!!! I knew that weight would come off with that treadmill!! I love it!
Breakfast - 1 cup Weigh****chers LS cereal; 1/2 c. 1% milk
S1 - LS oatmeal
Lunch - 1 cup chicken chili + a roll from Panera
S2 - 10 pretzels
S3 - still hungry ... too much running ... 1/2 protein bar
Dinner - talapia taco w/ 4 oz talapia, half tortilla + black bean torta + tex-mex cole slaw
S4 - maybe ... don't know yet (if it happens will be dessert or SF hot choc)
