B - 1 c. Optimum Power Organic Cereal 1/2 c. skim milk S - 1 bag Glennys Soy Crisps - Ranch L - tuna salad made with 1/2 can tuna, 1 T. Hellmann's Just 2 good mayo 1 stalk celery S - 1 string cheese 1/2 c grapes 32 oz water so far. Better get drinking!! At least I am doing well with protein -51 grams so far Dinner - not sure Hubby making venison (Super Yuck!) so I will have to eat something else. Dawn 296/287.5/199/160ish

I'm not gonna put what I ate today. Lets just say, I won't be having dinner. I didn't make bad choices, but I did make bad volume choices. Trust me, it won't happen again......well at least not for a looooonnnnggg time.

Tina, I can relate, I've not been doing well at all till today. I think it's the stress of the move. Today I've been back on track. B - protien shake L - salad s - few pistachio nuts

Not sure what's for dinner yet, but here's what so far: B: 8oz hood carb countdown milk w/protein powder, coffee/splenda/creamer s: 1oz ham L: 4 cheese and spinich raviolis s: 1oz ham and a couple Keto chips 32oz water so far

My day- Breakfast- Coffee/light cream/= Lunch- Cauliflower "mac & cheese" (gruyere, cheddar, cream, cream cheese, mustard... baked.... YUM!!) Dinner was supposed to be- Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole ala Beth (chopped cooked chicken, same cheese sauce I made above, with added ham bits, topped with soy "bread" crumbs...) I got TERRIBLY sick after eating tonight... and I didn't even sit and have a meal, I just had some chicken before I baked the casserole. I didn't throw up, but I could have. Roast chicken IS NOT my friend. I very rarely touch the stuff, I live on sliced deli meats. Anyways- it tasted great, from what I had... I may try again if I chopped up the chicken finely before chewing tommorrow. Well today was not sooo good. Lunch: chicken wing & a about 4 spoons of potato salad Dinner: 2 oz of kielbasa and 2 pierogies Snackie hound has been at it with the gold fi****hink i've eaten a bag of them in the last 3 days. I need my mouth sewed up. hmm well my profile picture gained weight. Let's hope it's not an omen of bad things to come.
