It's official, I now weight 199. I have surpassed my doctor's goal of 200 pounds and lost over 70% of my excess body fat. Woo hoo. I'm wearing I size 18 pants and 16 top. (Actually I'm still wearing my 20 pants and they are falling off.) Back to the thrift store and ebay. Dianne 340/199/150
