what did you eat so far today?
hi, I just wanted to see how we are all doing this far out,
B a cup of coffee with splenda and cream- got to cleaning house and before I knew it, lunch was here.
L 5 ounces of plain tuna(36 grams of protein), heated up with 2 slices of jalapeno cheese(10 grams of protein)
S Carb wise cappuccino with a scoop of vanilla unjury(20 grams)
24 ounces of Minute Maid light
16 ounces of water (so far)
so far I have had

B - 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. applesauce
L - 1/2 sandwich consisting of 1 slice light wheat bread, 1 1/2 oz. low fat ham, 1 oz. light cheddar cheese and little squirt of honey mustard
4 baby carrots with 1/2 T. light ranch dressing
Only 16 oz. water so far. I better get chugging. I am home with sick kids so I am way off schedule. I do so much better when I am at work and am structured.
