Okay, I know I've asked before- but I'd like to know... * What foods make you sick (either just feeling bad or really ill) that you thought SHOULDN'T or wouldn't bother you? * I sit here after being ill from yet another protein bar, and last night after SPINACH?!? WHY?! -Beth HW- 313 SW- 298 CW- 156 GW- 130 Someday I'll fly, someday I'll soar, someday I'll be so damn much more than my body gives me credit for. Why is it not my time? What is there more to learn? Shed this skin I've been tripping in, never to quite return... -J. Mayer

My protein shakes will out of the blue make me sick. I can't icky from any kind of pork and hamburgers. I can't eat FF miracle whip, but can eat reg mayo! I can't eat scrambled or fried eggs, but can eat deviled eggs. I can only eat golden delicious apples. Only cooked carrots! Raws are nasty now. Used to be opposite! Can't eat the SF you cook em choc chip cookies from Pillsbury. I CAN eat reg cream cheese. I can't eat soft shells taco's, but CAN eat hard shells!

I have the worst time with Scrambled eggs and fried eggs are alway**** or miss. Someone once told me to sneak a touch of mustard in the scrambled egg mix before cooking - I haven't ever tried this yet. . .because I usually only eat eggs when I am out and about for breakfast. - Do you put mustard in your deviled eggs? Those work for me too. Weird. Protein shakes make me feel AWFUL - only one ive been able to let past my lips is Carnation Instant Breakfast - sf (low carb) chocolate flavor - BLERG! I feel the same way about carrots now too! I ONLY get 2 of those pillsbury cookies - after that the sugar alcohol has a GNASTY reaction on my body. I tend to give them all away after I have my 2. I also can't really eat soft taco shells - if I try to eat an entire small one I get dumping - but the hard corn works just fine. Funny how similar we are! ~Lara

I put just a little squirt of plain old french's mustard in my eggs, whether I scramble them, make egg salad sandwhiches or deviled eggs. Prettier color, moister scrambled eggs, just a touch of flavor.

Some kinds of sf ff ice cream. Bruester's doesn't bother me but I had some Hershey's moose tracks and man was I in pain. So I am very careful. Of course regular ice cream doens't bother me. I think it's the chemicals or maybe the sugar alcohols in some SF things. Pasta - can only eat about 2 bites any more than that and it goes right through me after I sit in misery for an hour. Breads, rice and other starches - can only eat a little bit. A few people mentioned that protien bars make them sick. Again I think the sugar alcohols really effect some people. It seems our tool is constantly changing it's mind. Sometimes I can eat something then another day it's no way! Dawn

Anything fried, Sugar, too much fat or too high carbs, I ate cheerios and they made me sick. They are pretty low in sugar so it had to be the carbs. Dianne

Scrambled eggs are hit and miss. Too many raw carrots or cauliflower give me a real belly ache. Milk makes me really bloaty feeling. Cottage cheese feels "mealy" in my mouth -- it's the texture and I used to love it. I can eat reg ice cream or ice cream bars (a small amount), but not the s/f or low-carb ones. Any and all meat loves me... Unfortunately bread and potatoes love me too!!!! Isn't live great. Janie 272/163/140?

My favorite food in the world is cheese. Cheese makes me icky. I love it so much that I keep trying from time to time. I've found that I can tolerate it better than I could. Light colored cheese sits better than cheddar. Eggs make me icky and I love them too. High sugar and fat doesn't agree...
