Oh yeah, I'm with you. I really struggle to keep a cap on my eating. I have a lot of cravings again, don't have to eat too slow, can eat at least 1/2 a meal served in restaurants and snack a little too much. I'm really afraid of gaining weight but hasn't happened. I continue to exercise at least 4 days a week, I think that's my saving grace. I would say I eat about 900-1200 calories a day. From the responses you've gotten, it doesn't seem like others are having the same issues. I wish you luck. 268/171/150

I have no problem getting all my food in. And do have to put the brakes on some days. I usually eat between 800-1000 calories. I have eaten up to 1200 when I was on a nut kick. I had to cut way back on the peanut butter and nuts. They are protein but fat loaded. All in moderation as they say. I asked my dr. at my 6 month visit how much I should be eating. She really doesn't want to tell you calories. At the time I was exercising 4-5 times a week ( I have slacked over the holidays) and she finally said no more than 1200. But to keep the fat below 30%, protein 60 gr +. I have no problem getting in my protein with food. I do occasionally us protein bars and shakes if I am on the run. I'd rather have real food. And I have no problem eating most things. Pasta seems to be the only thing that makes me sick. Too heavy I guess. Unfortunately I don't dump on sugar and wish I never found out about that! I can only get in 800-1000 calories if I eat carbs, like chips, crackers or sweets. Because I still dump I try to avoid sweets (hard over the holidays) but I do eat Doritos and crackers a couple of times a week. Otherwise it seems like I can't eat much. I can't eat regular cereal - even unsweetened stuff is too much for me. Dry foods, like most meats, just sit like a lump and make me sick. Cottage cheese with unsweetened applesauce and a tablespoon of broken walnuts is a godsend for me and really helps with getting in my protein. I think that I struggle more than many with my food though and suspect that if I could eat more I would probably lose a bit faster. Aylene 278.8/170/150ish
