Broke my plateau!
I finally broke my plateau after two long weeks. Woo Hoo. I lost 3 pounds and I'm now at 212. Woo Hoo. My period started today which could have something to do with it. I've decided to post my weights weekly from now on. I did go out and buy all the protien snacks I could eat (pistachios nuts), beef jerky, pork rinds, etc. Which probablly helped. I can't do soy as it gives me migraines, but I did up my drinks and found some bars online with whey protient I'm going to order. Thanks for all your support and suggestions! I almost always get my water in, no problem there.

GO PROTEIN GO PROTEIN! We've gotta celebrate every ounce at this point! Did you try those microwave pork rinds? OMG, I can eat way too many, but they're good, and pretty freakin' spicy!
And, I hear ya, I had my goal date set for JANUARY 1st, 2005... THAT's so not gonna happen, .... and a few short months ago I thought for sure I could do it! I'd be lucky to see goal in a year now, probably even longer now........ BOO HOO!

I tried some sweet and spicy barbeque pork rinds pre cooked they were good. Not to spicy. I'm looking for some whey protien bars as soy gives me a headache. The protien is definetly helping. As is all the support. As long as I keep going down, I don't care how long it take to get to goal.
