I made it into the "century club"
I can't believe it has only been 7 months and I have lost so much weight...I have lost 102 pounds.... I still need to lose about 20 or so.
Is any one else concerned about being able to stop the weight loss????
I know that I don't eat enough.....I really don't think about it...I sometimes even forget to eat

I still have 12 to go to reach the century club. I am such a slow loser, but I have way more to lose...at a minimum another 80lbs beyond the century...more like another 125. So, no I don't worry about being able to stop...if anything, I worry about keeping it going if I don't reach goal before 18mos.

I hit my 7 month mark with the 100# loss also ... I wanted it by Christmas & I guess I got my wish. I am also down now 102# an LOVING life!
I am not worried about being able to stop losing weight - I still want to lose 35# and if I can lose 50-60# that would be ideal, but I am not going to pu**** I figure my body will tell me when enough is enough.

i am concerned about the same thing too.i am affraid that i won't be able to stop the loosing.i have no control over that. i lost 96 pounds had my surgery on 04/14/2004.don't get me wrong i am soooooo happy about having the surgery done. i would do it again if i had to.but some times i do think about not being able to stop loosing the weight and my hair.i am afrraid that i am going to have to wear a wig.it sounds funny but i do think about having to use a wig.well take care

I'm not at that point yet but I do think it can be a problem for some people. My doc's office tells people if they get to that point to increase their calories by about 500 a day.
Ya can't forget to eat, girl! You'll make yourself sick for gosh sakes.

At this point I'm not concerned about stopping. I have about 15-20 more to go to get to goal and I can easily handle losing 20-30 more lbs before I'd have to be worried. My weight loss is definitley slowing down already. I know what you mean about forgetting to eat though...was running around yesterday and totally forgot. I keep myself of an eating schedule that I write out at the beginning of the week...so that doesn't happen as often as it could.
