What did you eat today?
I had a great day until just now... I made some sugar free peanut butter fudge, trying out a recipe for Christmas, I licked the damn spoon, and I am dumping like you wouldn't believe.
Here's what I ate today:
BF-
Coffee/half and half/equal
Matrix Chocolate Protein
Lunch-
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
Snack-
Iced coffee/cream/equal
Crystal Light
Dinner-
2 oz turkey rolled up with .25 cup sprouts
dip of mayo
Snack-
Lick of sugar free fudge, sick immediately.

Carb 13
Protein 46
When I can stomach it, back to Crystal Light.
