Today I weighed and I have gained a pound. I know it's not really a big deal, but I want to make a comittment to really get back on track. I haven't been getting my protien in like I should and have been eating more carbs. I'm starting over today. When I looked at the "Thinnerself" website Beth told us about it says I should be getting 96 g of protien per day for my current weight so I'm going to shoot for that for a while and see if the weight loss picks back up. Thanks for all your support. Dianne 340/215/150

I'm a daily weigher. I fluctuate 1-2 pounds up or down for a week and then stabalize at a lower weight for a few days and then it starts again! Two steps forward, three steps back!!! I don't freak though. I look at what I'm eating and what I'm not! Too much salt is the normal culprit or not enough water. Plus I'm exercising more and still losing inches, so it is probably muscle gain!!!

Me too Tina! Over the past two months or so I find that I really only hit a new low on the scale for a few days at a time then I go through a water fluctuation throughout the rest of the month. As long as everything keeps going the right direction in general. These days I measure more by how my pants fit than anything else. Since I'm not wearing elastic waist pants all the time you can tell when you lose a bit or gain a bit. Keeps you honest. Aylene
