Okay, somebody mentioned this guys' website yesterday... I went and checked it out--- what cool charts he has! I entered in my information and charted my weight loss and goals... I entered in that I wanted to lose 100% of the excess (as opposed to 60-80% which is what some say is normal), and it put me at 126, for my height, 5 ft 5. That changed my goal slightly, but no biggie. I don't anticipate seeing those numbers until after a tummy tuck anyhow. The coolest thing was seeing "goals reached" on everything but getting out of the last category, "overweight" and into normal! Try it, it's fun, Beth 313/298/165/126

That is a neat site, thanks for recommending it. I'm not going to change my goal weight just yet. I'll wait till I get closer to 150 and see how I feel. Dianne 340/214/150

Yeah, I've got that magical 150 haunting me... lol... first it was 250, then 199........ Funny how our minds work?! 150 is by far the hardest though! -Beth

I have been using this website as a tool, thinnerself.com is awesome. At one point I was only loosing weight at 80 plus per cent but now I am loosing at 100 per cent which gives me hope that these last 20 lbs are close to being bye bye. This lists my ultimate goal at 141 but I think I think 155 is acceptable, so I made my final goal to be 148. I recommend this website to a lot of people because it keeps your info tracked.
